Certified in four disciplines and trained in nutrition, she's also a Bodybuilding Specialist, blending strength, mobility and mindfulness into every class and program she leads.

It became a way for her to reconnect with both body and mind through intentional movement. Her classes emphasize posture, form and mindful strength leaving you feeling string, centered and deeply connected.
